Giclée Art Print - Wisteria Study

This print comes from a Wisteria study in my watercolor sketchbook.  This loose painting takes advantage of the organic flow of watercolor and uses dip pen with acrylic ink to add details. The full bleed on this print creates an implied pattern that draws the viewer into the heart of the Wisteria vine.

What is the difference between a standard art print and a giclée print?

High Resolution and Color: Giclée prints are printed at a higher resolution than standard art prints, for the sharpest detail and a larger color spectrum. Compared to standard printers, Giclée prints capture every shade of an original work making them more accurate representations of the original artwork.

Archival Paper: Giclée prints are printed on acid-free, archival quality paper to ensure longevity.  In addition to the archival quality, our art is printed on cold-press 100% cotton rag paper that has the same weight (340 g/ms) and texture as watercolor paper.
